Legendary British DJ/producer and remixer Joey Negro, aka Dave Lee, comes to Houston for the first time after 20+ years as one of the most respected, prolific and original artists in the industry.
Founder of London based record label ‘Z Records‘, Joey Negro was the guy who put the disco back into House music. Since 1988, he has produced a massive amount of music under a plethora of monikers including Jakatta, Akabu, Doug Willis, Raven Maize, The Sunburst Band, Sessomato and Z Factor. Worshipped and adored around the world, we thought it was about time we had the opportunity to experience him live and introduce him to the wonderful people of Houston.
This special event is presented and produced by a small collaboration of veteran Houston DJ/promoters (and Taurus birthday boys) who have been profoundly inspired by this living legend. It’s a dream come true and a night that you should not miss.
